Ingredients
Buratta cheese

mini Heirloom tomatoes
halved

watermelon
cubed
3
cups
arugula
Handful of basil
thinly sliced
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
Break up burrata cheese on plate. Place arugula in the center. Top with tomatoes and watermelon.
Spoon balsamic vinaigrette over the top. Top with fresh basil.
